STEP 4:         For Windows Xp double click the Unlimited Internet  icon
for Windows 7 at Windows Vista always RIGHT CLICK then choose run as administrator to open Unlimited Internet

When you have successfully installed it this is what it should look like.

 

STEP 5:         Click YES when you see  “This program requires TAP 0901 driver”

STEP 6:         Put the USERNAME and PASSWORD then choose a connection server

Downloading servers) then click connect.

There will be a POP UP message beside the Desktop clock once Connected!

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE:

When you experience the following errors do the following

1. If Error message received, Click misc-driver, and uninstall TAP then install Tap again.
2. If Error message received when opening the application. , install .net framework 3.5 (check step 1 or go to this link: http://www.mediafire.com/?p08md4ymgjpw5ku)  then go to start /control panel /add remove program to check if you have  installed it successfully
3. If you are connecting and got stuck or idle to just connecting, disconnect and connect to another server… Make sure you connect your Globe or Smart Usb in the net by clicking connect before connecting the UNLI dashboard.
4. If you are using a SMARTBRO USB make sure that you have atleast Php 1.00 on your SMART BUDDY SIM and the settings are correct.
5. If you have a failed installation temporarily disable your anti virus then try installing or downloading. 
6. If Authentication failed double check if you have mistyped your log in info
7. Connecting to service is TIME and DATE sensitive. Check your Pc/Laptop and check if your Date and Time are correct.
8.  If all still fails to connect, just close all application and restart your computer. Sequence  should be, Telecoms Dashboard click connect then UNLI Dashboard choose server then connect.
